It looks as of Saturday morning like the game is going to go ahead. Portland had their Covid issues in the previous week, fielding shortened lineups in very surprising wins over the Seattle Thunderbirds and the Everett Silvertips.
Hanas and Litke are the only forwards listed as being in Covid protocols; this came out earlier in the week so things may have changed. Litke has missed the last two games, Hanas the last three. Dureau and Bevington are listed as ill as opposed to being in Covid protocols. Dureau has missed all three games since Christmas. Bevington played all the games so this is probably more recent.
Zakreski had 2 games with Portland earlier in the season; he is the 7th-leading scorer on his U18 team. Covid: Mori has missed 2 games and Smythe has missed 3. Gauthier might finally make his Winterhawks debut. He was a Covid protocol at the time he was acquired but it sounds like he will play.
