Hopefully I can get out tomorrow and put some rounds through it. But so far, unless something changes my mind, this will be my go to optic. The scope fairy just delivered the scope. Unboxed it, and peeked through looking into my backyard. Glass is surprisingly better than anticipated. The magnification ring is a little stiff, but I'd guess will looses a touch with use.
Lighter than anticipated. Have to get to the range Just took it out again. I change my previous comment about reticle brightness. I had it on max brightness in the bright day and easily could see that it was illuminated.
I was shooting steel out to yards with no issues. Nonetheless I just held where it seemed I should I had no issues hitting steel. Then I used it at more CQB distance and again no issues. The horseshoe makes 1x shooting super fast. Definitely a winner. Mine showed up too, what a sick setup for dollars. I'll echo the sentiment of HD and WacoKid Pros: -Glass quality and clarity is excellent on 1x, the 1x is very true, no fishbowl and minimal distortion on the edges on mine, note the pictures.
Massive FOV and the glass on mine really is phenomenal -The throw lever and mag ring is great, very similar to that on my NX8. Perfecto, mines a tad stiff but much better than the razor. Very well done -Weight; Neutral: -Illumination; I can't really say its daylight bright or not, but its certainty light overcast with snow on the ground bright, pictured at 10 of 11 and the picture doesn't do it justice, its glowing. The lower settings below 8 or so washed out tho Cons; -Eyebox; I'd say its acceptable Im pretty impressed.
Seems very well made for the price. No idea how they managed that. I am loving the German bars or whatever. Really easy to pick up, even with no illumination. Arrows also point to the center -Mount is well made, and idiot proof as long as you have a torque driver imo.

I'll keep it, was undecided before. Anyone gotten it out into direct, beaming sunlight? I'll try if we ever get sun here, I'd like to confirm its brightness and post photos. So is the general consensus that this scope is worth buying? Im looking for an optic for my I kinda prefer a magnified optic over a red dot.
Has anyone compared this to a Tango4 x? Just wondering how the glass quality compares. When mounting this how much did the orientation line on the side actually help? Seems kind of like a weird feature but sorta worked. I got my scope oriented level enough For some reason scopes always look slightly canted to me. Kinda weird lol.
Right handed perception of a CCW cant is normal. It's something you find on your own. Just wondering what the difference would be between them. View Quote Brightness seems pretty good. However being SFP and the reticle design, it works well without the illumination.
So I got a chance to mount mine and check it out a bit. Honestly this thing may be a hidden gem. That might partly be do to Black Friday pricing. Lastly, the leveling line. It may not seem like much but it is genius.
I had this thing in the mount and torqued in 5 minutes. No special tools or crazy leveling procedures needed. View Quote I read on one website that with the mount it was 24 oz. View Quote Ahhh, missed that, thanks! View Quote Yup, ordered one today.
View Quote Except it's a dot instead of that dang triangle. View Quote Where? View Quote Here you go, homie. But, I live a long way from LA. View Quote With how small the ACSS chevrons are, it acts just like a dot while still providing a more precise aiming point with the tip. With how small the ACSS chevrons are, it acts just like a dot while still providing a more precise aiming point with the tip. Ymmv, but my eye kept making the Chevron go out of focus; and it would look like a dot to me.
Was seriously weird. I haye my eyes lol. I would orefer just a dot over the cheveron honestly. View Quote The tip is small, and my eyes are old. It is difficult to maintain a group with the point of a triangle. Give me a dot or crosshairs any day over an indefinite chevron.
View Quote Sure. I will definitely be comparing it to a Bushnell I had. Like the Korean Glass was great. Illumination was terrible. Reviews seem favorible. I have a Burris 1. You would do better with something starting with a 2 or 3 on the low end and 10 - 15 on the top end with a larger objective.
Anyways the mount looks pretty solid; I prefer lower mounts for scopes personally. But I'll end up using it most likely. Seems really heavy duty for what it is. Ended up changing up my AR a bit for this, really looking forward to it. View Quote Yup! Honestly it was good enough; not super retina burning bright; but worked okay. Was great for adding contrast to darker objects. In bright sunlight the non illuminated reticle is very usable. I'm sorta on the fence about keeping this though; the main issue is my gun safe is too small.
I under-estimated the amount of height this adds to my rifle. It would definitely mean having 1 less rifle in there in the future lmao. View Quote Yeah that actually makes a lot of sense.
